Engaging the Next Generation of Climate Champions: Growing the Climate in the Classroom School Program in Coastal NH Communities

This innovative program aims to inspire community members to take action and/or support climate change strategies to reduce potential impacts in their communities. The program will: 1) train middle school teachers in the Climate in the Classroom program, including how to incorporate program information into existing curriculum, and 2) educate middle school students, and through them, their families and other community members about climate change and strategies to both reduce and adapt to potential impacts.
