The City of Dover, in partnership with Strafford Regional Planning Commission and other partners, are collaborating to better understand the social equity implications of climate impacts and adaptation options. This project will produce a more in-depth assessment of vulnerability, a social equity assessment of past adaptation projects and policies, and recommendations for improving future adaptation efforts.
