WHAT TO ENTER

During the Contest Submission Period, entrants may submit a total of four (4) photos. Each photo must be entered into one of the contest categories below. Entrants may enter all of their photos in a single category, or select different categories for different photos. The same photo cannot be entered twice. Photos must be taken during the Contest Submission Period.

CONTEST CATEGORIES

HIGH TIDE FLOODING - ATLANTIC

Photos of people, places, and things impacted by high tide flooding in New Hampshire’s ATLANTIC COAST communities:

Portsmouth, New Castle, Rye, North Hampton, Hampton Falls, Hampton, and Seabrook.

Examples:  photos of flooded buildings, roadways, beach and estuary shorelines, and other community assets and infrastructure.

HIGH TIDE FLOODING - GREAT BAY

Photos of people, places, and things impacted by high tide flooding in New Hampshire’s GREAT BAY communities:

Newington, Greenland, Stratham, Exeter, Newfields, Newmarket, Durham, Madbury, Dover, and Rollinsford.

Examples: photos of flooded buildings, roadways, beach and estuary shorelines, and other community assets and infrastructure.

COMMUNITY RESILIENCE - ATLANTIC

Photos showcasing community resilience to high tide flooding in New Hampshire’s ATLANTIC COAST communities:

Portsmouth, New Castle, Rye, North Hampton, Hampton Falls, Hampton, and Seabrook.

Examples: photos of flood mitigation strategies (e.g., elevated homes or building utilities, flood walls and barriers, etc.), natural flood storage areas (e.g., salt marshes and wetlands), social connectedness among residents, public health and community services, and other community or neighborhood flood preparedness activities.

COMMUNITY RESILIENCE - GREAT BAY

Photos showcasing community resilience to high tide flooding in New Hampshire’s GREAT BAY communities:

HOW TO ENTER

Entrants MUST submit entries via the online entry form that will be available here during the Contest Submission Period.

PRIZES

Contest Winners will receive one (1) $100.00 gift card to a local restaurant of their choosing.

Restaurants must be located within one of New Hampshire’s coastal watershed communities. Limit one (1) prize per entrant.
